Where are you located? Do you have dimensions on it? Does it have any scratches, dings, nicks, marks, or anything that else that can't just be cleaned off of it (yes, I know you said perfect condition but if you have kids or have moved at least once since owner ship then it probably has a mark or two)? Are there any special cleaning requirements for the screen?

the unit is flawless. its been in the same spot since the day i bought it from tweeter. i clean the screen with a damp papertowel. im in birmingham.

the dimensions are 55.8 x 35.3 x 15.3 inches (W x H x D), 115 pounds.
