The Garage is 21x25 and has a hot and cold wash sink and Cable hook up for TV:steering: . So I will have all the space I will need for the 240z build up.

I sing that about once a day, when ever I think about moving in.
Its in Opelika, its too much to build in Auburn.

Congrats man. I remember that feeling; the house we bought here was our first house and it was new construction as well. If you're planning on doing God's work in that garage, take some time to seal that garage floor; here's what I used on mine:

Plan on use U Coat It, it will last alot longer then the rustoleum. I have seen some garages with the rustoleum and it doeant last long. This is what Im using.

Yeah, that stuff is pretty nice (a lot nicer than what I used) but it is also a bit more expensive than what I used ($250 vice $100). I went with the Rust-O-Leum because I knew some folks that had used it (the regular garage floor stuff) and they were happy with it; I went with the professional grade version as I thought it'd be a bit more durable and I'm not crazy hard on a garage floor; not to mention, I'm only going to be here for a few years and the next owner may or may not care. Besides, from the stuff I had looked at, the Rust-O-Leum was the best brand; I didn't know what the real pros used and it is good enough for my use. I even did all the concrete etching stuff that it calls for which reminds me I still have a whole gallon of Muratic (Hydrochloric) acid if you need it to etch your floor; I did the whole garage with one gallon (about 400sq.ft.); just cover the cost of the gallon (it is only sold in 2 gallon boxes).

congrats man... get ready to spend infinitely more money on it than you ever thought you would :(
Hope you guys got it for a good int. rate! We're really close to refinancing ourselves. Just waiting to see if the rates will go below 4.5%

Congrats on the house, its a lot of fun. Especially if you get to pick out all the cool stuff yourself. Enjoy it!
I need to get around to sealing my garage floor as well, but its gonna cost some $$$ to do it right. Maybe one day.
