Dyno day for my friend in Bham. He drove this thing to the gas station, put in a tank of 93, then drove to the dyno shop and look what happens.

Apparently Ford still lies about their engine's power output. They rate it at 390 at the CRANK.

It is well known ford underated the new SVT Cobra engine. Apparently they are making up for the "320hp" ones.

Did you really just now learn this?

I've read about it making 390 wheel since the thing first came out. Underrating is fine w/ me, btw :)

I know Uncle Meat, hes from Prattville. It didn't have a chip or upgraded pulley, but he did have some kind of full exhaust w/ after market x pipe and some sort of cold air k&n induction, which will significantly increase hp on a s/c car. Yes, for did way under rate them, but they aren't putting down 425 completely stock.
