I am just in the mood..........wiggey, I would really love a piece of your friends 260hp auto stang, the run would just be for shits and giggles. Had a rough day, feel like going fast......on 85 of course

Edit: It is a common misconception that just because I drive a big car that is a VW and has 4 doors that I can't handle. In stock configuration, this is true....but remember, I am an A4 with different body paneling and I am about 6" longer, so my car responds just like a front track A4 would with coilovers...........just a thought before you guys get confident that I can't handle :devil:

No one said your car couldn't handle. I bet it handles very well to be honest with you but there are many other factors you have to think about when it comes down to road racing: Weight distribution, chassis siffining, tires, etc. I have great respect for your car just as well as the others on the board do.
Tires are a big disadvantage........weight distribution, as with almost every front engine car is biased towards the front, but it isn't that bad, chassis stiffness isn't a problem, trust me. German cars make VERY good chassis, so I don't have a problem there. The biggest factor in going fast on a road course is driver. Guys in stock Neons on the AutoX rip people in much faster cars new A-holes......its all about the braking points, apexes, and who has the right mix of controll and all out balls :wink:
