My condo @ Lakewood Commons is up for sale as of now. We are not looking for renters only someone to purchase. I'm pretty sure mine is the nicest one on the public market right now. I lived there for 13 years and loved the place. It is generally quiet and sits in a very pretty setting next to the lake. My condo has a good view of the lake without a bunch of trees in the way. To be honest, I hate to get rid of it, especially after we have done all the updates as they turned out great.
