they can sell this stuff on ebay because you are actually buying the bottle..not the product it contains. Been doing some reading on this stuff, and from what i hear, it will make you totally messed up.

Its basically alcohol and some kind of wormwood plant thats a hallucinogen. Sold in lots of countries, but not legal for consumption in the U.S.

Yep... I know a friend who's actually drank it and said it is extremely vile tasting (you only take shots or mix it w/ a juice) but, aside from the fact that it is a very high % content of alcohol it does make you hallucinate mildly...

And yes... It is illegal to possess in the US. Although I'm sure no cop in Alabama has any idea what it is so I wouldn't really worry about it but, you can't goto ABC and buy it... You pretty much have to get it off the internet from Norway, the Netherlands, or another country (pretty much every other country in the world) where it is legal...
