lol ok thats all great and everything but everybody that knows anything about football knows he isnt going to stop coaching. ALSO why the fuck would you leave florida? you can play for a possible championship every year, top recruits every year. where the hell is he going to go when he comes back. this is stupid. bad move on his part. he needs to stop being a bitch and suck it up that his baby tebow is leaving. lol

Can't fault a man for quiting for his own health. Can't coach when you are dead...

yeah but i think its EXTREMELY strange that we heard absolutely NOTHING about that after the sec championship. a coach (like urban) went to the hospital from chest pains after the game and it didnt get out? thats strange to me. i honestly think he cant bare to think about coaching next year without his titty baby tebow. HAHA

if he really isnt doing well and he isnt just heart broken then i wish him the best in health. other than that...man up and commit to the team that you committed to 2 weeks prior to this resignation.

maybe i am being hard on him but its upsetting to see him jump ship like that.

LOL. You couldn't hear it over the din of the Bammers raking yards and digging extra ditches trying to get money for their reservations in Pasadena: :pimp: http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=4719249

It was reported that he went to the hospital after the SEC Championship for dehydration, that later turned into chest pains.

To you all saying that he left because Tebow is gone, get real. This man has devoted the last 5 years of his life to the University of Florida, yes he may be a prick and they probably wouldn't have done very well the 1st year without Tebow, but there are "some" things in life that are more important than College FB(emphasis on "some"), taking care of possible health concerns is one of them.

So my condolences go out to all the real UF fans for losing their best coach ever. My prayers go out to Mr Myer and his family and hopefully he'll get better soon and can return to the game he obviously loves.

Also, what makes you think he wouldn't come back to UF at a future date?

And all this is coming from a diehard UGA fan, who doesn't exactly care for UF.

That's my bad then, i took that the wrong way. I spend too much time on the espn boards with idiots.

Yeah the jokes about Tebow are just jokes but I'm not really sure I buy this whole health thing. I mean there are plenty of people that do more vigorous jobs and are in worse health. I bet he's just wipped by his wife or something and she's ready to travel the globe with all that $$
