Both are beast cars and I doubt any of us will have a chance to drive either, but what would you take?
In terms of acceleration there seems to be alot of debate going on. In one of our US mags the Enzo bested the McLaren running a low 11 second pass and trapping 136mph if I'm not mistaken to the Mclaren's run of 11.4@131 (I think Road and Track has the numbers). However the arguement stems from the supposedly horrible 100+ degree conditions in which the F1 was tested. Then there are the seldom known test numbers achieved by the F1 when it was first released, but before it attempted an official top speed run. It turned in a very impressive time of 11.1 with an amazing 138mph trap speed.
In a new autocar magazine they put the Enzo up against the F1 ( I doubt head to head) and again the Mclaren bested the Enzo's 0-150mph time. I don't have the magazine myself but saw the results posted. It only took the F1 12.8 seconds to hit 150mph.
Handling I think would go to the Enzo by looking at the numbers when compared to the normal F1 6.1. The McLaren was noted as not being an extremely great handler (still really good) and understeer prone, only pulling .86g's in lateral grip in our mags (same test with the horrible condiditons). I've always found that stat odd considering the weight and tires the F1 uses. That alone should propell it well above .90 G's but I guess not. The Enzo on the other hand seems to be a handling beast.
Then there is the whole McLaren F1 LM thing, which is the special edition road car, only 5 of which were built if I'm not mistaken. It's around 100lbs lighter than a normal F1, 40 more hp, shorter gearing, and way more downforce. Considering they say it is the LeMans racer made street legal without any restrictions I'm going to have to say it must handle extremely well considering McLaren dominated LeMans with it.
They also tested it Acceleration wise put had trouble with traction in the test I saw in terms of 0-60mph, but from 70-110mph it was 1 second faster than the normal road car  .
Any opinions?
