View Full Version : FS: Rat Snake & Leopard Gecko

Sadly, I don't have much time for my reptiles anymore :( I am looking for them a good permanent home.

I have owned both since babies and still have the paperwork for them. They were purchased from Petco about 2 years ago. The snake is a Leucistic Texas Rat Snake (pretty rare - he is completely white with gray eyes and sometimes confused with albino - pink with red eyes). The gecko is a Leopard Gecko with a gorgeous tail that has never been dropped.

Their diet is very simple/cheap - the snake eats one mouse a week and the gecko eats a few large crickets a week.

They are both very friendly and have never bit anyone!

I will include a glass tank with each one along with accessories (water bowls, thermometers, heat lamps, locking lids, etc.)

Prices:
Snake + cage w/ accessories = $175
Gecko + cage w/ accessories = $50
or both for $200

just as a window licker, are the cages countertop or are they cabinets?

They are countertop. I forgot, I actually have a metal stand for them as well that I'd let go for pretty cheap.

In to talk about how bad ass geckos are.

seriously love them but never owned one. we have about 6 or 7 that hang on our porch every night. they finally became comfortable enough for me to play with a couple of them. i love these things. what are they like as pets? can you play with them or do the run away in the house? lol

The geckos that live around your house are probably "House geckos".. lol. Leopard geckos don't have sticky feet like they do. They're pretty chill pets though. They live in a sandy environment, eat crickets, you can get him out and he will chill on your shoulder or arm or wherever. Doesn't run off.
