Damn...pulley swap and under drives?
Crank pulley and idler + a tune. Heat exchanger is going on tonight.
Very nice. Looks like it will be time for our epicly close races to pick up where they left off with the Maxima and the Passat:D

what kind of hp or mph in the 1/4 are these mods good for?
Here are what some A6 CTS-V's made with a pulley swap/tune/headers setup. Daniel's is probably around the 510~520whp mark being a 6spd but no exhaust modifications.
Within the last 2 weeks we have worked on 2 different 2009 A6 CTS-V's. These cars are a definately a sweet setup. Both of these cars came to us completely bone stock. The first one we installed a Lingenfelter pulley swap with their intake tube which still uses the stock air box. We installed a K&N filter at the same time. The car dynoed 466 rwhp 463 rwtq bone stock. Here are the results from this car, along with a few build pictures:

On the dyno for tuning.

Supercharger pulley pinned. Lingenfelter wanted us to just brad over the end of the hole so the pin could not come out. We decided to make it look a bit nicer, so we drilled and tapped the pulley so that we could install a small set screw.

After install, before engine covers.

All completed, ready to go!
The second one that we did included the same mods above, but with the addition of Kooks full exhaust. This car was similar to the first as far as stock numbers goes. It started with 460 rwhp and 461 rwtq.
With the addition of the Longtubes and full exhaust, this car made about 1.5 pounds less boost than the other.
Here are a few pictures of its install along with a dyno graph:

This is where the rattle comes from on these new V's. The spring in the supercharger shaft coupler wears into the shaft. This one has worn pretty good. We replaced the sprung coupler with a solid one from Lingenfelter.

The 6-speeds actually make 500whp/500wtq stock. This should put me around 580whp/610whp judging by others' results.
^ Wow. I didn't know there was a 40whp difference between transmissions. GM auto's are pretty efficient....at least the 6spd ones.

Well, I relooked at the dyno results thread and they are just all over the place. Plus the autos don't have a true 1:1 gear.

Here's a guy's dyno with my setup:
I'm a week late posting the info. My grandmother passed away last week, so needless to say, everything else was put on hold for a little bit. I finally got around to getting the 9.55" pulley and upgraded heat exchanger installed. At the same time, I went ahead and threw in a 160 t-stat. I baselined my car approximately a month ago with 970 miles on the clock, and it made right at 502 RWHP and 490 RWTQ. FYI, the car is a manual. With the larger crank pulley in place, the car produced 582 RWHP and 610 RWTQ! These are peak numbers, of course, but I should have a graph up tomorrow so everyone can see the curves. IIRC, it was making 600 RWTQ right around 3,000 RPM! I went from showing around 8.5-9 psi to 13 psi. As expected, the power difference can be felt everywhere! First gear is a chore to get hooked up, and second can be a problem, depending on if I'm on concrete or asphalt. The car still retains the factory exhaust system. Nothing has been touched in that aspect.
I will eventually add more parts down the road, but it's hard to want to mess with it! I am going to lower the car in the near future for a more aesthetically pleasing stance, and a set of 20" DPE wheels have been ordered. The car is a blast to drive, and it's hard enough to hook. It should be fun this spring at some cruise-ins with a set of drag radials.

From all of your turbo cars?
I keed, I keed. :D
Nice pick up Daniel; how much invested in the parts for the 80hp add?

My uncle was about to mod his but he's decided to sell it because he wants another XJR(last gen).

Well I went to get some 60-130 times this morning and the car started acting up. I rolled into 3rd as usual and hit the limiter in 3rd. I grabbed 4th and completed the run - 8.9 Couldashouldawoulda run if I hadn't hit the limiter and used the Flatshift.
So I turn around back to make another pass down the "track". This time I nail the shift but forgot to not lift haha. Well in the mid/upper part of 4th the car just falls on it's face like it went into limp mode.
The company that makes the kit says that either my stock intake tube is collapsing or it's my stock p valve (protection valve) is bleeding off boost. The gauge actually falls to below stock levels when it acts up. So, I ordered an upgraded intake and a 160 tstat but they won't be here for a bit, so no results for a bit.
