Stanley Cup playoffs are underway!!

I am hoping my New Jersey Devils will make it past the first round this year! We are ranked 2nd after the regular season which matched us up against long time rival, Philadelphia. They beat us the first game, so we're hoping to come back and win tonight.

i keep up with it a bit but do not follow a team. i love to go to games though. especially my huntsville havoc BIATCH!!!!!

Haha, yeah my first NHL game really made an impression on me. The overall atmosphere was different from any other sport I had ever experienced. It is too bad the Thrashers suck lol.. but good in the fact that they are so close and other non-sucky teams come to play there :rock:

lol yeah i saw the predators play in nashville when i was living in huntsville too. it was cool. i haven't seen atl play yet but will next season.

i like watching the highlights and can watch a game on occasion. the post season is fucked with the rotating bracket. needs to be shorter somehow as well.

Haha yeah that rotating bracket is pretty weird. I actually like the fact that hockey season lasts so long, but that's just me :D It's been crazy how close these playoff games have been this season! Not a single team has swept in 4 games out of all of the match-ups. NJ better come back and kick the Flyers ass!

i think most post seasons are too long. not just hockey. if its half the regular season its too long.
