So its that time again. I need a roommate for my upstairs bedroom. The entire upstairs will be private for the person who moves in. Includes large 14X18 room with large closets and private bath. Also includes one of the two garage spaces. Granite counter tops in kitchen and all bathrooms, full stainless kitchen, hardwoods throughout main. Includes acccess to neighborhood pool, gym, and clubhouse. 5br/3.5 bath, 3200 sqft. 3.5 miles to Summit/459/280 corridor. 10 miles/20 min to downtown. $525/mo + 1/3 utilities which usually runs ~130...nice place, tons of space, won't find a better deal.
