I am not going to be updating this daily or anything but I am just going to document some of my routines my new cut diet and supplements and stuff like that in here. Right now I am holding at about 260lbs and I am 5'11". I lift 3-4 days a week depending on how much I get done on certain days and I box for 35 minutes 2 days a week and do shadow boxing in the morning 5 days a week for 10 minutes. My diet right now is very sporadic and crappy because i will get into a routine and i will be eating correctly and then one thing will come up and I am off the band wagon and back at a fast food restaurant or eating junk again. I dont have all of my lifting stats right now but I am going to put all of them at the end of the week but i can post my routine as of now. I am on about week 6 of this and I feel like it is working but I am not sure if in the long run its what I want to stick with.

Upper Body Day:
3 min Cardio warm up
3x10 Dumbell bench press
3x10 seated Row
3x10 Incline bench press
3x10 Lat pull down (Varies between close and wide grip)
3x10 Cable flys
3x10 shoulder press
3x10 Dumbell Bicep curls
3x10 Tricep Press
3x10 Back Flys
3x25 Crunches
3x25 Medicine Ball twist
3x25 Back Raises
HIT Cardio 10 sets

Lower Body Day:
12,10,8 Barbell Squats
12,10,8 Barbell Deadlift
3x10 leg curls
3x10 Alternating Leg Press
3x20 Leg Raises(Inside,Outside and Neutral)
Another round of Abs

3 minutes of cardio in between each set of exercises.
