Yeah, it's not performance related...Well, it will likely improve laminar flow to the radiator. :D But that's beside the point.
I enjoy fabricating stuff like this. It makes my car different and unique while still being tasteful and elegant.
Got a few other projects going too, some performance related and some not. I'm at a bit of a performance wall right now, and am waiting on some things to come through, so I figured i'd work on the aesthetic stuff for a while.

This started life as a stock A4 grille, and with a lot of hacking, sanding, gluing, and filling it's what you see now. Still have a little more filling to do, then a bunch of finish/wet sanding and priming before it's ready to take to the paint shop. But it's getting there.
