This is a Rough mock up...and I am sure can be managed for less and with more ease...its hard finding parts online thru "home do it" places, I am sure that paintball accesories would function better but harder to find. And a sprayer Nozzle will need to be found and installed also...that would be up to someone for that choice

If your mock-up is internet photos of half the stuff you'd need, then yeah, that is definitely a rough mock-up.

I would strongly suggest a 10lb bottle. And I hardly ever do anything strongly.

Why not three? (are we discussing F&F again?)
On the Real Subject
I think that 20oz will serve its purpose...I have to find some way to create some sort of jet system and a valve that can be controlled from a switch. Who wants to be a guinie pig for this system? I wont have boost until the end of the summer...and this idea is burning up in my head

We tried this exact same thing last year when I was working on the intercooler sprayer for my car and the $ you will have to spend isn't worth the benefit you'll get, compared to other options.
There isn't a huge performance difference between using CO2 and water. I think the total to make the CO2 sprayer was around $300 and trying to get an electric solenoid (you'd need it if you wanted it to be activated by a switch) that will work off of 12volts isn't easy. I think I spent around $15 for the one I have now that works off of a rear windsheild sprayer tank and motor I got from a 1G eclipse.

It's for DSM's but it gives you all the info you need to know.
