Alright my brake pedal has no pressure. It won't fall right to the floor, but I have to put it on the floor to make the brakes engage. I replaced the master cylinder and that didn't seem to solve it. I've bled the lines around 5 times tonight. Everytime I do I pump it ten, hold on the tenth, and release the bleeder. The first two times I do this I get air after that its all fluid. It happens with each caliper. On the third set of pumps very now and then I get one bubble. Jess mocked up a type of vaccum system that would only work on the driver's side. On the passenger side I would just get constant bubbles, but the jar would slowly fill with fluid. I need help. I am not sure where to go from here. I am thinking maybe the brake booster needs to be replaced. Its all ate up down the cover from the last m/c leaking fluid everywhere. Or maybe its just my brake lines. This problem is on my 86 corolla GTS RWD with disc brakes all the way around. Could it be that I have a leak in my lines? Someone please give me some assistance.

well that was of coarse the first thing i thought of but i would think you would have noticed it or check it while bleeding. i'm not sure man, sorry
God just hates you. Says so in the bible.
Jk, Could be the booster..i guess. I know shit about brake boosters. As far as I can tell, there HAS to be air gettin in there from somewhere. Just dunno from where

Just keep bleeding them.....tap on the calipers with a rubber mallet to loosen any air bubbles....
If you are still seeing bubbles then keep bleeding....BTW did you bench bleed the MC before you put it on?

No I didn't. I literally bled my brakes tonight for a good two hours. Maybe I am justing being impatient?

Drive it a little bit....then bleed them again......that's about all I can tell you.....make sure you watch the level of brake fluid ......there may be a leak in the system....

Did you bench bleed the master cylinder?
Try gravity bleeding, just turn the bottle upside-down in the resevoir and crack all the bleeders. Don't touch the pedal. In a few minutes they'll start dripping, after about 30 minutes it usually purges most of the trapped air.

No, I did not bench bleed the master cylinder. I'll try the gravity bleed after work tonight.
