Yes, this is serious!

Its an '02 5speed 3.0 inline 6 LSD RWD
Pearl white exterior
Tan interior
Keyless entry/alarm (built into key! No remote!!)
In dash cassete/6 disc changer
Tinted Windows (35% smoke)
Power windows
Power door locks
Power sunroof
Power mirrors
Cruise control
Traction control (can be dissabled )
Snow Traction control
Factory 17" sporty wheels!
Synthetic Mobil 1 5-30 (Changed 5-25-04)
New Yokohama AVS ES100 on all 4 wheels (not even 2K miles old)
4 wheel alignment w/ new tires

This car is flawless, and on this car, I really mean it. The only imperfection you will find is a tiny ding on the d/s door, but didn't even hurt the paint! I just polished, then waxed the car the first weekend of May!

Asking price $25,500

You can email me @ Brandon_Martin@bellsouth.net

I do not want to sell this car, I have been forced to!

Pictures (These were taken w/o tint and w/ long gay antenna, which is now much shorter!):

Insurance company called today and told me I have till the end of June to get another carrier, because they are not going to cover the car anymore. Cheapest I can find is $235 a month (paying $90/month now), and I AM NOT PAYING THAT!

Long story short, it was on a commercial policy (which are pretty strict) and the results of my record just came back (added myself to that policy so I could drive pops car legally if needed back in February!) showing I have had 3 tickets in the past 3 years. Well, those were in the 3rd year, I haven't had a ticket since '02, so in another year I should be 100% clear. So far they are the cheapest covering me on my own policy. Maybe its a blessing in discuise, that car payment was slowing me down on my funds for my own business I'm trying to get organized. Only time will tell what will happen!

Yea, it sucks, I've never been forced to sell a car before, and just now I've found something I really like. I've gotten 9 different quotes today, I don't have a choice. Was going to buy a '99 M3 to replace it with, but insurance is even higher on it! '97 as well :? I'm either going back to a 328is 2 door, or getting a tahoe and making it a demo car for the stereo shop. But 24 spinners r be "spensive"

BTW, do those hoes come with the car? And are they for sale/rent as well?

D'OH!

Thats not bad. Unless the tickets are for racing and reckless driving. WTF is wrong with the insurance people.

awwww... damn. I've been looking at is300s for a while but this one is out of my price range (~5000 too high). Sorry man, sucks that you have to sell it, i bet its nice.

Heh, the insurance on my 1997 240SX was $450 a month, so consider yourself lucky.

Oh, and I saw 26's the other day on one of those Caddy pickups, it was sweet.

Goodluck on the sale.

You must have the worst driving record in the world.

The insurance for the ITR is less than that (but I only have one ticket on my record and 0 accidents ever) and its the bench mark for insane insurance prices.

I wouldnt pay 450 per month if I were your parents. My freakin car payments arent even close to that.

Neither would mine... I have to pay for it.

Either way I got it down to $225 now... which is still ridiculous.
