BTW? Was the car totaled? Or do you have to rebuild it again?

Also... Did you insurance cover the cost of aftermarket parts like wheels etc? or did they just give you the replacement cost of the car itself?

Yes.....I have smashed up front end pics....

However, they are not currently on this computer and I will have to scan them. Insurance wise - well, I got nothing...everything currently being done to my car is being paid for by yours truly.

The guy has no insurance and no money and the lawyer says that more than likely file bankruptcy leaving me with no money...

According to the estimate it was totalled, because the car isn't worth a piece of cow poo..but everything on it is worth more than the car itself..lol..

It would be done quite quicker if it was summer time...school permitting I'm trying to fit in time to actually go to montgomery to do work on it
