I'll start - This is Keith from the Auburn area. I drive the 2004 Red SRT-4

I drive the AE86 drift machine :roll: Not quite yet but its on its way. Just put a header, test pipe, and exhaust on it. Got some Tanabe springs and shocks, along with brakes sitting in a closet ready to be put on. Then its time to save for some hp power. FJO Racing 341B Engine Mangement or a Megasquirt. With some head work and new cams with valvetrain, some more fuel, higher compression, and a new lsd. Someone win the lottery for me :D And then I will redo my suspension with either some JIC or Tanabe coilovers and some TRD springs and shocks in the rear with a T3 four link system. Sometime in between all of this I will get the necessary body work done to get rid of the rust. hmmmm Wowzer, I need lotsa money!

In Auburn I drove the extremely loud open header ITR with no interior :P . I still have it and its currently in the process of being rebuilt.

That was Brett who was actually a friend of mine in AU, but he was always Co-op'ing or something. His ITR should have been white (mine is yellow), but that was definitely his CRX.

His brother Lee has a VERY nice NSX.

A4's don't come with chrome mirrors. Only comes on the S4 with sport package. And I believe only on 2001 and 2002 cars, but I could be wrong about that.

No, actually it's not a very common modification. The OE parts are too expensive to warrant the change, most people will go aftermarket instead if they are going to change them out. And VW guys may put chrome mirrors on, but they don't put S4 mirrors on.

if your talking about the hid bulbs, the higher in kelvin you go the less visability you get. also the bulbs start changing colors.

4300k bright white - maximum visability

6000k bright white/blueish - 15-20% less than 4300k visibility

8000k blue/purple

blah blah blah

I and most like 6000k the best. It's the best happy medium for light output/color. Either way they'll be brighter than stock bulbs though. 6000k is a perfectly nice blue IMO.

Not that it matters much, but the mirrors on an S4 are made of brushed aluminum
("al-yoo-min-yum," as the Aussies say) not chrome (thank God!).
And the mirror package is still available on the newer B6 S4s as well.
It might actually be stock.
