I understand that NOPI has been brought up several times, but I still dont care, also he wasn't necessarily discussing the event but rather some tips for enjoying it...like not staying up all night and then going to waffle house at 5 and then falling asleep in the blimpie :wink:

It would be better if one person left than a lot of others left because one person decided to be a dick about things. We all know each other and the board is not to the point where moderators need to be set. Dont play the roll that has not been assigned to you. I am not trying to be a dick myself, but in my opinion seeing that we have no stangers on the board (like posting on H-T) then if something needs to be said use the Private Mesage. Dont repremand people like that on the board until you are a moderator or if they continue to do it.

Well here is a slight list of things from nopi. I really enjoyed it this year, there was a lot of rice, but there was also a good amount of pretty nice cars also.

First off got there and was allowed to flog 2 IS300s around a cone course...it was supposed to show the improvement you could make with bfgoodrich tires. This was a lot of fun. They also had a WRX and RSX. I did not get to drive these for the length of the line. They were all automatics :cry: .

As for some of the more memorable cars that I saw. I saw one of apexi's skylines, signal's s15 silvia, a ferrari 360, and a lamboghni diablo. I watched part of the burnout competition, which wasn't too impressive, but we became part of the crowd egging on ppl to light them up near a bunch of h-t guys.

Overall, I had a good time, this show was much much better than HIN. and it cost the same $25. So I will just leave you the look on my face when I saw signal's s15 silvia :shock: :shock:

If you are talking about the silver diablo, it was a fiero. The clutch/ final drive/ flywheel install was the shit. I dont think anyone was mad at them, just in awe. I got a pic with stephan papadakis, he was really nice. I also got pics with the models. hehe.

Don't forget about the Renault and the Civic Type R. Unfortunately the CTR was all riced out at the Arospeed booth. They took the red stitiching off the back of the seats that said Recaro, and stitched Arospeed on them.
