IMPORTANT: I need everyones help and advice.

I got my car towed from my apt today. I parked where the laundromat is in the middle of the complex, where there are signs that said no parking except for customers. At night these are the only available spaces.

Once before I asked the resident assistant manager if i could park there, he said sure, that X guy lives here and he is parked there, its cool.

Apparently not.
the people who own the laundromat said that they put a notice up on everyones door last week, and i never got one. The never put a warning on my car either. IF they would have I wouldnt have park there.

I KNOW THAT THE FUCKING HDK FUCKED UP MY CAR TOO. I havent seen it yet, but i know its fucked.

LEGALLY, what the fuck can I do? This is so fucking gay. Im broke. Its not my fault it got towed.

What can you do?
Nothing... The most you can try for is to ask the property manager to call HDK for you and see what he can work out because he said you could park there.

Aside from that it seems like HDK has seperate contract w/ the Laundromat so your apartment complex has nothing to do with it.

If they towed your car somebody has to pay them 80 bucks whether its you or whoever. I doubt you will persude the "whoever" to hand over the money. The greaseballs that run HDK are crooks, plain and simple.

You ought to see them on gameday......they run around like its damn Christmas morning.

I feel your pain man, getting towed sucks, especially by the dickheads at HDK.

But you can't say it's not your fault, I mean there are big ass signs in front of every spot saying that if you aren't a laundry customer, you WILL be towed. If the realty company guy says it might be OK, that doesn't mean shit because he has nothing to do with whether you get towed or not.

Last year chappy got towed and it was a similar bullshit situation, and there isn't much of a way out of it. The HdK are inbred idiots. You will probably have to pay to get it out, and if they fucked it up...I dont know what you are allowed to do legally.
