www.car-parts.com will point you to local yards. Do a search in the state or entire SE region and start calling.

Here what I got...

Its almost identical to my engine, but it is 7 ribbed and has oil cooled pistons, which be much needed for some high compression N/A goodness

Ribbed huh? Mind if I borrow it for about 20 minutes?

Wow that pullapart has some good prices. $100 for any 4 cylinder engine. I need find a D15 or D16 block for my EF Si.

haha! you have NO idea!
It was just so odd...I walked towards an EG hatch and there was absolutely NOTHING left of it..it was a shell! No engine, no harness, no seats, no interior panels, no headliner, no dash, no guages, NOTHING! All the sterring components where gone and brakes...and pullapart doesnt keep cars longer than a few months

Nope, the motor that Jess pulled his intake mani off of still had the motor. But it was still old. They hardly get any newer Civics, if any.

Correction: not 30 seconds after I pulled the manifold, 2 guys started pulling the motor. Civic stuff doesnt stick around that long. You should SEE the seat I had to settle with. It was the only seat remaining for 88-89 hatches. Its fucking nasty, but the rails are what I really need.
