Why does this always happen to me. Seems like every time I have something with new tires, I pick something up.

I got a screw stuck in my rt. rear F1 on the Cobra. Fortunately it was in the tread block, so I thought it might not have punctured, but nooooooooooooo, its a slow leaker.

So now I don't like patches for high speed use, so I need a new tire.
The only good news is that its still at new, full tread depth.

Furthermore, I go to put on my 10.5's with 315 Nitto DR's that are supposed to just bolt up and NOT rub according to many :redFU: them. Sure enough, they rub at full drop, so I change out the rear IRS bolt...more work...

What a pita just for an oil change and tire rotation.

As a review for the Nittos, they drive alright, don't know how well they hook up hot, never warmed them up, but they gained 2# of air in normal driving.

Sorry for the long rant.

I have a leak in my front right tire that I discovered today as well. Its freaking funny, EVERYTIME I get a new car, there ALWAYS seems to be a leak in one of its tires. I drive for 4yrs with no tire problems at all. Then buy an S2k that turned out to have a leaky rear S02. Now my damn EVO has a leaky front right Advan  . WTF, why can't these damn things stop puncturing. Of course, I have already worn the side of the tire somewhat because I guess it has been like this for a couple of weeks or so. UGHhhhhhh

I've caught one screw in the lug of my truck tire when it was new, but no puncture. I have now had a punture in both of my car's tires.

If people weren't so sloppy with nails and screws I wouldn't have this problem.

I drove my ITR off the dealer lot and was fixing a flat 3 days later. Picked up a screw driving by a house that was under construction.
