Here is what i have been playing around with, i am still unsure how to clear the pictures up and make them look really .. well clear. And resizing is still somewhat of a mystery. Any suggestions are welcome.

you can't clear an image up to much. it pretty much has to do with how good the original pic is. you can do some but not much.

to resize go to image>image size. make the changes and there you go.

we should have a photo shop contest every month. a sticky!

The photo shopping only took 10-20 minutes.

I took your ride and cut it out of the car wash and dropped it into the new environment. Then, after a little clean up, I added the windshield reflections with a few swipes of a blurry colored paint pen.

Glad you like it!

From a "shopping" standpoint, the transformation of this vehicle is quite clever, but very simple. The artist knew what he/she was doing. The two most difficult items are the wing and door treatments. A good shopper, knowledgeable about cars could prolly do that in about 20 minutes. There are cloning, color replacement and color adjustment tools that make it a lead pipe cinch.

It would take all day to instruct you specifically “how” to do it.

That’s all the support I can offer.

Get a paint program and mess around with it.

Best of luck, and post your results.
