Anybody else playing this? I bought a silver package for HL2, so I got it included in the price then.
It looks really really good, and plays pretty nicely as well. There have been some tweaks to weapons, which I like, (semi-auto modes on the BAR and the German machine gun...I forget the number).
Let me know if anybody else is playing.

Not really, I get a constant 60-70fps in-game... and yet it still runs horribly.

Latest steam patch fixed a lot of performance issues... and I must say...
No sir, I do not like it. Most servers are crap, they could have done a hell of a lot better job for the time they had into it (almost 2.5yrs), and is mediocre at best.
does not compete with BF2 :D :bfg:

I do not think that was a target. It might should have been.
I was looking at the dod forums and someone pointed out that there are still more people playing 1.3 than Source. Sounds like a protest in some respects, i.e. most people do not like the hit probablities in Source that are totally nerfed compared to 1.3.
Maybe in a few years they will get it right, or it will be Team Fortress Classic.
I have not bought BF2 yet. I've got something aganst paying 50 bucks for a beta.... 20 bucks is about my personal limit for that. :)
