8gb harddrive - I have a 30gb laying around which will go in
I've got a GPS receiver already


Also I'll need.
7" touch screen
car power supply thingy
USB extensions
small wireless keyboard with touchpad, or wireless mouse.

Why? because GPS is cool and tuning MegaSquirt will be a breeze.
