I have a Browning 300 WSM A-Bolt II With a Zeiss, 3x9x40 Scope on it. It is a hell of a gun and is amazingly light. I actually have the bullet that I shot the deer with and man is it mushroomed over. I will bring it to the meeting if you are interested.

It can be a whole lot of fun if done right, and planned during a time when the deer are moving.

Usually I sit a watch and just catch up on some nap time in the stand, but the rut was full on in Mississippi and deer were moving everywhere. We had to harvest a whole lot of deer before the end of the year due to the lease running out before hunting season so we used the "if it's brown it's down" policy.

Typically speaking though I sit and watch the animals...and even get a kick out of some of the funny things that happen out in the woods. I have seen several very comical things happen. One of which was an Owl shiting on a Squirl. A fawn biting it's mothers nipple so hard that she jumped 4 feet straight up in the air. A buck mounting a doe and falling off doing the cock roach and the list goes on.

What do you mean fixed it wasn't really ever broken. I just need to bring it back here to AL. I am rebuilding it completely with overhaul, forged internals, 2" lift, snorkle, ARB front wench mount, etc... but yea if you want to go to TX and do some serious off-roading, com on.

South Western Texas. If you know where Uvalde is in TX it is 1 hour south of that. if not, the it is about 2.3 hours from San Antonio, about 45min from Mexico. It is my grandfathers ranch (about 6,500 acres).
