Game Night:
Went to Chili's to watch the game and have a few drinks. (fun)
Went to the store to get a 1/2 case of Corona. (more fun)
Went to Kroger to get some limes. (the fun is odvious)
And then......
Went to the house for a bottle opener.
Cop pulled in behind me with flashing lights.
Thought everything was alright, besides I knew the cop (it was State Trooper Ed Ryan)
He says that I failed to use my turn signal. (it's still ok. Right?)
He says that he smells pot. (Oh shit)
I was speeding. (again?)
He saw the beer.
He searched my car.
I Got.........
Speeding ticket, Minor possesion, Transporting alcohol by a minor, D.U.I., Indangerment to others, Ticket for a friend in the back seat not wearing a seat belt, No current insurence, Tag was not registered to the 240 yet, I can't go on...............Someone kill me.

Ed Ryan (the cop) told me that he was going to hold the pot until I was 18, when he could start a new criminal record on me. I am well aware that common sense should play a role here, but I am scared and can not think right now. Is that just bullshit?

3 months. Even with youthful offender you're still looking at $2000. That's the least. It's probably going to be more then that. Nine months of random drug testing and probation officer. $35 a month right there. DUI and drug classes are going to be around $250. Those will last two months one day a week. A good lawer is about $750 in this town. Everything is going to end up costing you between $3500 and $4000. If the judge is nice he will let you go on a payment plan for the costs. Oh yeah, I forgot to throw in your ticket which is probably $200 and court costs which are going to be $100. If you get youthful offender you will probably get a couple of these crimes knocked off. Good luck, that's all I have to say because you are FUCKED! If you get caught again you're looking at possible jail time.

the test will probably come up inconclusive because of all the straight-water, giving you more time to get clean (more water).

if you take any pills or flushes, they will show up on the test and the'll test you extra-good next time

Where im from, all this shit will be off your record when you turn 18 and we have a thing called PTI (community service in exhange for not getting any jail time or juvy). get on the net and do some research

That site was VERY helpful. I didn't have to take my scheduled drug test today. I got lucky as hell. I read almost everything on that site and printed everything that I thought might be helpful. You have no idea how thankful I am for you sharing that information with me.

My drug test should be next Monday at 12noon. I should have enough time now to get everything out of my system. Wish me luck!
