carb only means one thing to me,
a tiny solex that sits atop my engine and mixes fuel and air.
I guess thats the nice thing about Bama, you can pretty much run anything and they wont give a rats ass... except for offroad diesel, they get pissed about that aparently.

Question: In senerio 3, if the guy never got outa his car, wouldn't it be illegal to place him under arrest? My lawyer was telling me about situations like this some time ago but i can't remember the exact details.

Alabamas one strong point is the complete lack of emissions requirements. But yeah after watching this just makes me think I need a little wing.

"This vehicle does have adjustable timing and that is illegal for this vehicle." I bet cars with variable valve timing, and cam timing from the factory would give them fits. Honestly I think that was the most ass and ine waste of tax payers dollars I have ever witnessed. Why don't Cali cops stick to what they do best...being "Mass Cops and fully ochestrated."

They spec it based on the engine as a system, so if your car came with an variable valve timing system from the factory and it passed the CA emissions regulations at the time of the cars production, then I don't see how the could stop you from changing the timing on your own, but I'm sure those assholes have found a way to make it illegal.

The enviro wheenies should be <strike>1st</strike> near the front of the line to be up aganst the wall when the revolution comes. :redFU: Thank goodness they don't have inspections here.
