Apparently it rolled over although it looks mighty fine for being rolled over. At any rate that is the story that was conveyed to me.

Don`t these things come with TCS/ASM/ABS/etc..? I figured that you couldn`t totally disengage them, either.

Mah, that sucks. That person doesn't deserve another car anywhere near that nice again until they go to driving school.

But who knows, I don't know the background info on the driver or accident situation. He could have a totally legit reason for turning the car upside down...although if he does, I'd like to hear it.
