I am sure you all know the specs of the lex, 3000 lb, 762ci Outlaw 10.5 car using as much N2O as it can swallow. Not looking good...

If they had just been able to keep the nose of that Camaro down they would have had a little larger lead.

Good run for sure though.

On a side note, I saw that Tim Lynch has got another Steve Petty Pro 5.0 car that is being featured in the current issue of MM&FF....wonder what times he is running.

Same car he has been running its just had 7 diffrent paint jobs in the last 4 years. Lynch is now Proline racing engines Petty is the crew cheif. Lynch wrecked the blue 93 twin turbo notch in a street race back in Febuary though :(

Maybe it is just me but that looked like a hole shot win for the Lexus. The announcer guy says the lexus's time and then says "to a slower" when referring to the other guy. I think he meant to say "to a losing" not "to a slower".

The Lexus definately had the holeshot, but the Camaro ran the faster overall time.
