Anyone know of any good, reputable places to have tint done? The furthest I'm willing to go would be Birmingham/Atlanta... so that includes Montgomery, B'ham, Atlanta (and of course Auburn/Opelika) in the search. I don't know of any locations so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Solarworks Tinting in Atlanta. That's where I got all my tint work done. They've got really good prices and they do a great job.

Let me know if you want their number.

Still very happy with the quality of work done. Of course, not sure if they still have the same guys doing it.

Radio World is no more... It is only Sign World now. I thought Trent was doing tint? Theres a place in Opelika right next to the Autozone there on Pepperell parkway that does a good job. Auto Trim Design is the name.

Trent stopped doing tinting work... and I'm thinking of getting 25% all-around w/ the 6" band on the front windshield... is that too much?

<-- Tint n00b... a lot of the places I've looked into look real shady and the ones others recommended are no more.

Ummm..... Famous Amos??

People drive from Atlanta to HERE to get tint done... He does the best work I have seen, and charges pennies (relatively) for it. He is the guy that used to be at Radio World.

Ben, don't you know that every car at our shop has been done by him?? Greg's TT and Jim Ward Jetta are supposed to be done next week by him...

Yeah, did it it for a while and a good bit of cars at that, but I just don't do it anymore. My partner was a feggit and didn't have very good business practices, plus I am dedicating my extra time to other business ventures. Now I'm working full time and not making an 8th of the money I was making tinting...o well. Ben, ask Tom, he just mentioned some local place to me last week.

EDIT: Nevermind, Tom already posted. Fucking forum whore! Yeah, that was it.
