Cool for the person who built it, not something I would want to ride. I'm into the sport bikes. Ha, almost ran into some trouble with the cops yesterday...a group of about 10 of us. One of my buddies did get his bike towed : (

No. In reference to rotary engines, the engine would have to rotate around the fixed crankshaft and not the crankshaft rotate. See here (http://www.keveney.com/gnome.html) for a rotary animation.
This would be a radial engine.
Bet it sounds flippin sweet. On of the best sounding engines I have heard was a Pratt & Whitney Double Wasp in an F4U Corsair.

I'd imagine it is faster than a large majority of bikes on the road...
