Complete body in good shape. Interior is in excellent condition. Block and tranny are in good shape but it needs a set of heads. I've found used sets for around $300. Tires are pretty new as well. All power controls work including cruise control, automatic headlight disengaugement (so you can't accidentally leave your lights on), steering wheel volume controls, power ajustable seat with power lumbar and power side bolsters which bring in the sides of the seat around your ribs for hard cornering. Also has electronically adjustable suspension dampening which you can adjust from inside the car with a control by the steering wheel. Suspension system can be switched to automatically adjust due to cornering, braking, and acceleration. The harder you corner the stiffer it gets and during a hard launch it goes to full stiff to maximize traction. Can also be set to full sport which locks it on the stiff settings no matter what. Also comes with a 6 disk Infinity CD changer and eqalizer thingy (whatever the thing is called that lets you adjust everything using the little slide knobs). Equipped with a removable glass top that stores in the hatch for summer cruising.

damn, wish i had $2000 + $300

i test drove a 3000 SL for a friend once. He wanted me to drive because i have mAd DriViNg SkiLLZ y0! I floored it onto the entrance ramp to I-77, got upto about 100, then let off..well, my foot let off the pedal, but the pedal didnt feel like returning to its upright position. It got upto about 110 and i started braking hard...well....i pressed down on the brakes hard anyways, didnt do a whole lot.

My friend had to get his hand under the accelerator while i swerved through lunchtime traffic going 90mph to get the damn thing to slow down. He got the pedal unstuck and bought the car.
