So I was selling my rb25det polished valve covers on Ebay. This guy from Atlanta said that he would buy it from me. I told him $200 and Ill end the auction. But I was feeling a little nice and said that Ill take $185 since hes driving all the way from Atlanta to pick these up. When he got there, he gave me $160. I was like WTF? Just go home, Im not selling it for that price. Then he scrounge up some money, $19 more dollar to make a total of $179. "Thats all I got man". But feeling a little generous again, I just took it.
Cliff notes: I hate penny pinchers. There, thats my little rant :)

Oh I hate people like that. He knew how much he needed before he even got in his car to drive down here.
Kind of like a guy i was selling my ecu to a guy who drove from Pennsylvania (when i was still in Va over summer). Met him in a deserted parking lot, huge black dude probably 30-35 with his MOM and his kid in the car. Came up to me and shorted me $30 i was like are you kidding me?! I'd rather keep it (we both went out of our way to meet up but he was on his way back from vacation so no love lost with "all the gas and tolls" he had to spend to meet up, specially since he was right off I95 so it was bs). His mom somehow pulled the money out of her tits and gave it to me
People sometimes man :O

I sold my Crown Vic and had a lot of interested buyers (it was a good price, tuition time, had to go). Basically I told everyone that called, it was first come first served.
One guy managed to talk me down $100 on the phone, how I don't know, but he said he'd pick it up that night. he came with $200 less, not $100 less! I told him to get the rest of the money and he started pulling $1 bills out and shit. I don't know if I was supposed to feel sorry for him or what, but I didn't. He ended up about $10 short and I let him have it.
I hate those assholes.

Haha, I sold my yellow ninja a few months back. I told the dude what I wanted for it and he had to borrow cash from his friends and cancel a trip just so he would have enough money to buy the bike which he REALLY wanted. He told me that he would pay them back after his next paycheck. He was $100 short. I had another interested buyer willing to pay $100 more, but I wouldn't be able to recieve payment from her for 2 weeks as I had to go to Colorado and the money was currently being tranferred to her account and I'd be gone when it actually got there. He said..."well I have CASH!" He pulled out a bunch of 100s and started flipping through it like I was supposed to be impressed. I said, "Well of course, I wouldn't accept any other form of payment than cash." He was $100 short. He said, " You wanna wait 2 weeks for $100?!" I said, that I certainly didn't mind. He was pretty pissed and disapointed. Hell no I didn't sell him the bike. I waited 2 weeks and I got my hundred dollars extra. I told the dude what I wanted and I'll be damn if he intentionally brought $100 less and tried to impress me. HA! Nice try. I'm a businessman, not an idiot. If I had taken what he offered me that day, I would have made $200 less. Too bad I found out 2 weeks ago that the girl wrecked my bike. She's ok though, she told me some dude cut her off and she hit him and flew over the bars. The bike is pretty much fucked and she got some road rash and has been on crutches for a couple weeks. Poor chick. At least she's alive!
