The FOG Is Soon Upon Us!!

Ok guys and gals, the FOG is a week from this upcoming Saturday. It should be a lot of fun, so I want a big turnout. There are a few things I need to clarify so I will do so here. First, here is the list of who's coming so far:

If I missed your name, PM me ASAP and let me know if youre coming. Also realize that I've only been paid by one person (Thanks Dave) so I need your money soon so I can buy the food and make the trophies!

Food:
As for the food, I'm thinking we'll just have Hamburgers and Hotdogs with chips and drinks etc, basic tailgate food. If you guys have other suggestions I'd be happy to hear them but keep in mind that cost is an issue. I may also check into getting some BBQ catered from Jim and Nicks, but that might be out of our price range.

Itenerary:
Car arrival and detail - 11AM-12PM

Cookout begins (you must preregister to eat)- 1PM
-Hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, cokes etc.

Car show - 1-4PM

Final call for voting for show awards - 4:30PM

Dinner at The Buffalo Connection - 5:30PM

Party-BYOB, poker tournament, etc. - 7:30PM until

Voting:
The number on the attendance page will be the number assigned to your car. I'll have small stickers that you will put in the top, drivers side corner of your windshield with your number on them. When you arrive and check in with me, you'll receive your ballot where you'll just put the number of the car you are voting for. There will be no voting for highest mileage because I will be going strictly by odometer.

The poker tournament:
I also need to know if you're goin to be playing in the poker tournament. This will be a little bigger and badder than the normal games, so buy in will be $20 dollars. We'll plan to start the tournament around 8 p.m.

Don't forget to clean up your rides for the show and bring money for Buff Con. This should be great!

Alright I just got off the phone with Mike and Ed's and I think I am going to get them to cater! The only thing is, I need to know and have payment in hand (or something at least worked out) for you guys who are planning to eat by TUESDAY NIGHT. Plates will be ordered on an idividual basis and I'll only be ordering a few extra so I need to know ASAP!

Plates will come with basically a barbeque sandwich, baked beans, fries and a drink of your choice. There will also be other snacks and misc. stuff.

I can take cash, check, or even paypal. Remember its $10 if you're showing and $5 dollars if you're not (so $5 dollars for other guests who would like to eat.) I am making the trophies this weekend also, so things are coming together nicely. Thanks for everyones cooperation!
