A few weeks ago (remember me telling you this story Rick?) I came home after work and switched on the TV. A somewhat-familiar face popped up on the news. A bank down the road got robbed and the guy's face they were showing looked a LOT like the guy who leases the office under mine downtown.
The news even said he drove away in a silver BMW. BUT they said 80's silver BMW and he clearly drives a late 90's, early 00's. I figured it must have just been a guy that looks just like him. I was about to pick up the phone and call the cops but then they said the part about the car so I changed my mind.
So, today we are having our weekly monday meeting and the guy's name comes up. i.e. "havent seen so-and-so in a while", then I brought up the thing about the bank robber that looked just like him, well in the meantime he has been captured and my boss and co-worker confirmed that this was, in fact the same guy.

P.S. This guy would get hella pissed at me for rolling my chair around when I was working on servers, etc. (there are like 12 severs in my office, plus my workstation)
So the standard... What was the guy like?
Seemed pretty normal. Most of my interaction with him was either the regular "hi" or actually probably more frequent was me having to go downstairs to unlock his office (most offices have an interior and exterior door) because he was always locking himself out. :5-0:

If there was a civil, laid back way to rob a bank.... he did it :foxnews:

Just a heads up for any potential bank robbers....don't do it. You dont' get crap and then it becomes federal so you have the FBI on your ass plus a usual 5 years or so tacked on to any sentence. That and I'm not aware of any bank robber in the 3 years since I've been here that has got away.
Most gas station attendants carry more cash than your average teller and don't have the zillion cameras watching your every move.

that's going to be a negative...seeing as though I am a bank teller and I do get the deposits from gas station attendants.

Ha, who would need conjugal visits. I'm sure there are tons of guys there for you. It's not like the outsiders would know when you were released anyway. Right? Is this normal?! Haha, anyway, bank tellers usually have a shit ton of money! I see it all the time. Thousands upon thousands at least. Hell, they'll count out 10k right in front of me sometimes while I'm making a regular visit.
