Oh yeah never mind, the damn bastards I leased the place from told me I'd never get it sub-leased at this time in the year 10 miles from campus etc.. I told them to send the people to me if they contact them because I know I can sell anything if I know I can talk about it well. Ha! It wasn't even on the market for a day when I had my first customer...who took it off my hands. : ) Done. No longer available.
