Honda announces planned -rerelease of the CRX!!!

Today Honda announced that it will be re-introducing the Civic CRX to its lineup for 2005 to compete with other high-horsepower compacts. The new CRX will be equipped with a turbocharged and intercooled 2.2 liter i-VTEC engine mated to a 6 speed manual transmission powering all four wheels. The high revving i-VTEC motor in the new CRX puts out 286bhp (@9200rpm) and makes the CRX capable of 13.8 second quarter mile passes. Prices are expected to be between $23,000 and $26,000 fully loaded. Options will include heated seats, high power stereo system, body package and a device that pulls your leg just like im doing now.

that is really sharp but i find it hard to believe that they will actually produce it as a turbo stock car. just my thoughts. if they do thats awesome but if they don't its still a sharp car.

Its a little known fact, but Honda has made some FI cars, they've never come to the states though. That chop does look awesome though
