A close family member drove my Viper off a cliff (more like a ravine, really). He hit the gas in 1st after coming around a tight corner. The car fishtailed and off the cliff he went. Thank God the car didn't roll. It spun, struck a tree on the passenger side, and went backwards down a steep incline. I read once that most Viper accidents occur within the first 60 days of ownership. This was the driver's second time driving the car. He was fine and I got a great insurance settlement (total), but I wish I had more time with this car.
