View Full Version : Finally numbers for my new SC...

This was on 93 octane pump gas with 18-19psi, but for some reason the boost would fall to about 16psi in third. I am very pleased with the results. I need to put the stock springs back on, get a real ET street, and my methanol kit back on and it should run on pretty well.

It felt like it was leaving harder than a 1.8 60', but that was the best I could muster. I ran five 11 second passes and two 12.0 passes, so it was fairly consistant. I quit after this pass eventhough I feel there is much more in it with the stock suspension on it.

Looks pretty stout, are you running the internal gate that came with the turbo? How far did 3rd gear get you(mph)? Assuming its a 4spd auto...

That's pretty damn quick. With some suspension work that 60' will drop like a mother, and could dip you very close to 10s. Get on it!

It's a 3speed auto. I probably had another 10mph or so before I ran out of gear, but I only have a 25" tire on it. With a 28" tire it would do another 15-20mph.

I am going to put the stock springs back on and run meth. plus some race gas at about 25-26psi and try to run some 10.60-10.80's.

Well with the meth. injection on I turned it up slightly to 22psi. Anymore boost and it would blow out the spark. I am going to get an MSD box this weekend though. Here is the new best:
