I need a place to live in Auburn for Fall Only

Anyone have any suggestions for a place under $400? The cheaper the better, but I don't want to live in shit. Northcutt and Auburn Realty don't lease for less than 12 months. I'm like WTF mate!? Any help? Ideas?

I was in AU today to take care of registration and what not and also looked for a place to live. I also looked at the bulletin board postings in Lowder. No luck there. I'd like to live alone, but a cool roomate will be just fine. Just a side note..Jesus, I leave for 6 months and even more shit has changed. You all are on some new tigerI system, condos and apartments are finished that were still being built. or weren't even there. Hell, I turned down one street by the airport and almost got lost today because there was a new huge landmark (some building that wasn't there before) it just threw me off for a sec. Ok back to places to live. Any help?

Auburn has changed quite a bit, but I found a place for Fall only my last semester on theplainsman.com. Craigslist is also a good place to look i'd bet. I'm sure you can find a few good options. There are always people subleasing, especially co-ops/internships.

Sadly that's pretty accurate, but I haven't shot any films in a while lol!
