Black ones are more expensive because they are more popular :wink: .......DBW cars can have BC's because we use our mafs throughout the whole rpm instead of just at part throttle and idle like you guys. So we run the boost we want provided our maf doesn't max out and we have proper fueling(and the turbo is sized accordingly). Non-DBW cars run lean when they turn the boost up past where the chip designates boost because you guys run off of your fuel maps only at WOT instead of using your maps and mafs like us cool DBW guys.

Actually, on stage 3 cars, we gain a significant amount of timing because the EBC better controls the boost spike than the stock N75. It makes a noticeable difference in quite a few load ranges. As for you n-dbw's equipped w/ LowTeC........pipedream ;)

I suppose, but that wasn't my driving motivation ;) It just helps the car stay more consistant throughout the rev range and adds a bit of mid and high end power. Once I get my FMIC, we'll rematch and hopefully I won't fade at 110 like before :lol:
