Getting a new car. Your opinions please.

My mom is not me. Price is in the low 30k range. Right now my mom is looking at the 3.2TL Type-S (currently has a base TL and loves it) and the G35 Sedan and Coupe. She's really digging the G35 at the moment. I'm trying to think of anything else in the price range. If you guys have any opinions lets hear them.

G35 coupe in a 6 speed. The TLS is cool, but I'd take the G35 over the TL any. day.
