hi im spence. ive been into dsm's and GTI's for awhile now but im about to be into all motor hondas. everyone seems to be on this forum so i thought i would join

of course forced induction is superior to na but if you do it right it can still be pretty quick. im just looking for a 13 second car for a daily driver and im sick of turbos. im sure ill get a project car at some point, maybe a 240 or another dsm

i want something that doesnt take as much maintenance for a daily driver

for a drag car ill definitely go turbo

Turbo can be low maintenance (besides maybe changing the plugs more often), you just gotta do it right...and not with a DSM. :D

actually i have a block, head, crank, pistons and rods. (6 bolt)

i pretty much got rid of everything else

the block needs to be machined, and the crank needs to be turned

and i wouldnt use those pistons

Sorry, but it was way before 1989...Dont forget the Starion Turbo that was around int he early 80's. That was the first modified turbocharged car I rode in when I was a little boy:)
