Try this Ryan. It's called Total Recorder. I used it to do the same kind of thing like a few years ago, not sure if it still works good or not.

If you have some sort of torrent software (I think it's included with the new Limewire or you can download uTorrent or Azureus Vuze) then search for Total Recorder on www.btjunkie.org. They have the Pro version and I'm sure it comes with a keygen or already unlocked.

Does your phone have a sound recorder? A lot of them do now, that's an easy solution.

Download and install Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) (free), loop the sound output back into the mic or line in on the sound card, start recording in Audacity, play the video, stop recording in Audacity, then plug your speakers back in to the sound output. Edit as needed. File-Export as mp3.

/thread over.

I know this is old, but I figured I'd update with some very useful info in case anybody was still looking to this thread for advice. This (http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/Free-YouTube-to-MP3-Converter.htm) is a free youtube to mp3 converter. You just run the program, put the youtube link in the URL field on the program, select where you want the file to be saved, then press convert. It's the best program I've ever seen for doing this and you don't have to sit there and wait for the whole video to play through. It only takes a couple of seconds for a 5 minute video
