A track that is known to the Navigation system and that the car is know to be located on from its GPS coordinates. Oh but surprises of surprises it only works in Japan and not the US. The US spec cars have a limit of 156 across the board no mater where they are.
I guess that is JDM spec car? Or do they have a gay ass 111mph limit in Australia to?

All Japanese cars are government limited from the factory at 111mph so the fact that it actually deactivates this automatically for tracks in Japan is actually a good thing for owners over there. All other cars have always had to find a way to defeat this for track events. I remember some of the early best motoring videos where the Type-R's would have their speedometers disconnected during the races to defeat the limiters.
