My eyes got haxored last wens and thursday. Swines glasses are no more!!:cool:

I managed to get a nasal and broncheal infection THE day of surgery, fucking awesome timing. Still battling the infection and temp, but so far the eye site is 20/25 and expected to improve.

I ended up getting the ICL procedure instead of Lasiks. I could have done lasics, but it was boarder line, i had enough retina to shave up the gratuitous amounts needed, but it might have cause long term complications. So basically what i got is a permanent contact installed, what rocks about that is that they can completely remove if necessary, and they can also lasic ontop of that.:cool:

I wish I was even a candidate....I have a condition called mixes astigmatism. The technology is still in development to attempt to correct this condition.

Cool Stephen, I was actually wondering about that earlier today because I saw your status on FB about that shit. I wanna do it but I'm kinda scurred! Did/does it hurt?! I've heard mixed answers in the past, but nothing about your particular procedure. I'm not scared of the pain, it's just the risk of going blind. I know it's small, but I'm like, is it even worth it!? Wouldn't be if I went blind, I'd probably hang myself. =/
