hey guys help me out here with some possibilites.

ok i'm driving my moms alero till i get my car as most of you know. the car starts dying on me in crystals drive through at about 4:00 a.m. saturday night. it was like it would idle around 1200 rpm , then it would slowly drop and once it got under 750 rpms it would just shut off. i put it in park and it cranks back up like nothing happened. then is does it 3 or four more times. it was fine sunday. then today it does it several more times. so what the hell is the deal. its about time for a tune up but that wouldn't be the problem would it? its almost like its not getting enough fuel or maybe the oilpump is bad. anyway help please.

maybe it has chronic vaginosis, or it could be a clogged fuel pump. that would cause it to lean out, rev high, then die wouldnt it?

BLAHAHAHAHAH

 Oh check the MAF. There might be some debris or something on the tiny little coil in the air sampling tube.
