haha, Lincoln BMW dealership tries to weasle their way out of a 7k dollar loss. guy bids 60K on a 2008 M3 Sedan and wins. dealership tries to backout but now it looks like hes gonna get the car.

I hit the buy-it-now on a Mercedes on EBAY for about $12,000 less than it would go for at an auction. The dealership said there was a typo and the best thing I got offered was a t-shirt. :rolleyes:

Well kinda, seems he has not posted yet about what conditions the dealership put on the deal, so it might not go through depending.

Legally, they would hav to sell you the car, even if it sold for a buck. It's happened many times before. I guess this one had some options or something, because I think that car goes for about $55k, a least starting out.
